As a country music artist, who's married to a pilot/ producer, we’re constantly on the road. Whether it's touring with my band, traveling to production set with my man, or taking a joy ride on a sunny day, we’re typically on the move. People always ask me if this gets tiring or hard? There are times when we miss home because home is comfortable, home is familiar, home is where our kitty cats are, home is…well, HOME.  - BUT, to have the freedom and ability to be able to travel as much as we do, visit some of the awesome places we get to travel to, and experience lots of different cultural parts of the world. I could not be more grateful and try to take in every second of the various adventures we find ourselves in.

 

I’m always finding favorite things I love about the different spots we visit. Whether it’s a favorite restaurant, or shopping area, or drinks joint, or live music venue, or art museum, or outdoor activity, or historical location—these are all things I enjoy venturing out to go see when I travel, and I wanted to share a piece of some of my favorites with you! Who knows, we may have shared some of the same experiences in a few of these places, or you might be planning a trip right at this moment to one of the destinations I post about and need some suggestions… I have to give a shout-out to my close network of girlfriends because while many of the places you’ll see me post about on here I’ve traveled to myself…there are some I’ve not yet experienced, but have heard great things about from my girls! So with my own personal experiences combined with the help of this network of friends who’s opinions I highly value, I hope you guys get something positive out of these posts!
