A YEAR-ROUND SANDAL

Have been obsessing over these shoes as of late–the perfect sandal for all year-round…that is if you don’t go into any snowy areas! Couldn’t help but snag myself a pair of these a few weeks ago, and can’t stop wearing them! Not only do they have some heel to give you a little lift, but they are comfier than ever and so easy to put on/take off with the zipper in the back. The distressed look has allowed me to wear them with all sorts of color schemes, and I love how they have a little bit of that ‘low cowboy boot’ kind of feel, but are a sandal! The buckle and criss-crossed leather straps give it a slight chunky look, but in a good way so as to make a little bit of a statement. And over the years, I’ve always been a fan of Steve Madden‘s shoes…they always seem to hold up well…especially this line of his, Freebird by Steven–a country, boho-chic, Americana, and Native American-influenced line. They’re perfect for schnazzing up an outfit that you’re not trying to go too fancy with, as they definitely give some flare to a ‘going-out/dinner’ look, but can be worn casually as well.
